finding the vessel for your passion
the other day, i was sucking down my collagen key (best tasting one on the market, hands down) on my way to a meeting with the designer and contractor for my new studio/meeting space build out. 🙌🏼🙌🏼 and 𝘺𝘦𝘴, it’s being fully funded by my monat business.
and i wanted to share this, because it’s so important. here’s the thing: 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘥𝘰𝘯’𝘵 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦 𝘱𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘩𝘢𝘪𝘳 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘬𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘶𝘤𝘤𝘦𝘦𝘥.
do you have to love the products? of course! no one should promote something they don’t love. but does it have to be your passion? no. 𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻.
what is it that you 𝘥𝘰 want to do? could a second stream of income get you there? i know for me, it’s made all my dreams come true.
a studio expansion to offer to local photographers and creatives in my area? a dream. an absolute dream. only made possible because I needed hair help. 😂😭❤️
don’t overthink it to death.
opportunities are a gift you gotta run with. don’t live your life in group think mode. 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁? and are you finding ways to expand and build on other brands and ways to get there?
I’m so grateful for this “little side gig” that’s helped me build the life of my dreams. ❤️“expansion. always in 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀.” (credit: Ryan Serhant)
Listen, I’m not naIve, I know there are so many people who disregard my job because they think I’m desperately trying to schlep shampoo, and they view me as one of those weird “MLM-er’s.”👋🏼
But I’ll say it again: Monat is the vehicle to do so much more.
For examplE 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲. I used to charge $2000 for a one day of 1:1 mentorship with me. but now? I can do it at no cost, forever. 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗲, and I have monat to thank for that.
when women pay less than $1000 for a pack of vegan hair and skin care, that opens to door to so much more, namely, 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵. whatever the dream is, that’s step one. from there, you build your brand.
I spent some major, intentional time over the last month or so putting together a brand/marketing training that recently launched, and the response has been overwhelming. I’m 𝘴𝘰 𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘧𝘶𝘭 to be able to mentor women beyond their monat business and explore every single nook and cranny of the brand they wish to build.
if you want to build a brand and get paid while you do it? 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿, 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻. full stop.
If you’re struggling to build a beauty/fashion brand or a blog and haven’t explored Monat yet?
struggling with building a sustainable “work from home” life?
struggling with finding the flexible schedule and time and financial freedom you’ve been praying for?
you’d be shocked to see what this is really all about once you say yes. it’s so much more than shampoo.
